Return Policy
We operate on a dropshipping model, therefore product returns are not available for all orders under any condition. Customers are unable to send purchased items back to our warehouse or suppliers for any return exchange.
Full refunds can only be approved when the delivered goods arrive with physical damage, breakage or obvious shipping defects. Once your damage evidence including clear photos or videos gets verified successfully, we will process your corresponding refund, and you may keep the damaged merchandise yourself with no need to send it back.
Any refund application raised due to personal preference problems is not acceptable. Requests from customers who feel unsatisfied with items, dislike the product appearance, size or actual using effect will be directly rejected without exception, and neither refund nor return service will be offered for such subjective reasons.
