Revised Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
We source products from trusted overseas suppliers.
Orders will be forwarded to supplier & processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (weekends & official holidays excluded).
Once dispatched, tracking number will be updated within 24–48hrs; tracking info may take extra 1–2 days to activate on carrier system.
Address revision is only available before goods leave warehouse; no address change after shipment.
2. Damaged Items
If items arrive damaged during transit, provide clear photos within 7 days after receipt, we arrange free reship or partial refund accordingly.
3. Lost Parcel
We submit loss claim to logistics provider for parcels with no tracking update over 35 days. Once loss confirmed by carrier, full refund or free re-delivery will be offered.
4. Shipping Fee Promotion
Free Standard Shipping for all orders over USD49.99 to US & Europe; expedited delivery requires separate shipping cost.
