Terms of Service

By completing checkout and placing an order with our store, you fully agree to all terms listed below related to ordering, delivery, payment and after-sales service. Our business runs under a pure dropshipping mode, and all merchandise is shipped directly from overseas suppliers to your delivery address without intermediate warehouse storage on our side.

1. Order & Product Description

All item specifications, size, color, material and appearance are detailed on product pages with pictures and text reference. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy, yet slight color difference caused by screen brightness, monitor setting and light shooting environment cannot be treated as product defect. Customers shall confirm all item information before payment; orders cannot be canceled arbitrarily once the supplier arranges outbound shipment.

2. Delivery & Shipping Terms

We follow the estimated shipping time marked on each product page. Possible delays may result from international customs clearance, remote logistics transit or unexpected carrier suspension, which are out of our controllable range. No full refund for late delivery unless the package is confirmed permanently lost by logistics company with official tracking proof. Buyers are responsible for any local import tariff or customs duty generated upon package arrival.

3. Core Refund & Return Regulation

3.1 NO PRODUCT RETURNS ACCEPTED IN ANY CASE

Due to dropshipping supply chain rules, we permanently decline all goods return requests. Customers are not allowed to send purchased items back to our store or supplier’s address for any personal reason, and return shipping label will never be issued by our support team.

3.2 Eligible Refund Condition (Only for Damaged Items, Keep Goods Yourself)

Full or partial refund is available exclusively when goods arrive with obvious physical breakage, crack, transit damage, factory defect or wrong item sent by supplier. Customers must contact customer service within 7 calendar days after receiving parcel and submit clear photos plus package shipping label as valid evidence for review. After refund gets approved, you retain the damaged goods completely with no need to send back anything.

3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Any application raised from personal dislikose, unsatisfied appearance, improper size mismatch, bad usage experience or subjective dislike of item effect will be fully rejected with zero refund. No compensation or partial reimbursement will be offered for such personal preference issues. Damage caused by improper personal use, wrong installation or artificial destruction is not qualified for refund either.

4. Payment & Transaction Rule

Payment is completed securely via official checkout channels. Once order is dispatched, original payment cannot be reversed randomly without valid damage proof. Refund, if approved, will be returned to original payment account within 3–7 working business days according to financial institution processing schedule.

5. Other Agreement

We reserve the right to revise service terms without prior notice, and updated clauses take effect once published on website. All disputes between buyer and store shall be settled based on current published Terms of Service and Return Policy.
